GEORGE TOWN: Penang Smart Parking (PSP) users on Penang Island will face a 50% hike in parking fees at designated locations starting March 2025. With the new rates, parking fees will rise from RM0.40 to RM0.60 for 30 minutes, RM0.80 to RM1.
