VIDEO: Korean Dragon's Beard Candy Vendor Converses in Malay, Quoting Najib and Ebit Liew
While strolling through Myeong-Dong, Seoul, South Korea, a group of Malaysians recently captured a video featuring a multilingual Dragon's Beard candy vendor in action.
Fluent in understandable Bahasa Malaysia, the vendor provided a detailed commentary on the process of crafting his renowned candy.
"This dessert is a classic. Initially hard, it possesses strength akin to your Tongkat Ali and Najib."
Impressed by his extensive knowledge of Malaysia, the vendor continued to share insights.
"Najib? He hasn't made it here yet, he's in prison. And Ebit Liew? He's facing issues now. Haram. Shhhhh!"
"This dessert is handcrafted. No need for words, just observe. You see, the candy resembles your grandmother's hair," he elaborated.
Beyond Bahasa Malaysia, he also demonstrated proficiency in Indonesian, Mandarin, and various other languages, as evident from his TikTok presence.
