The video begins with a man holding the Jalur Gemilang at an undisclosed location in China, where several people are seen washing motorcycles. The man is then seen folding the Malaysian flag and using it to clean a motorcycle. The now-deleted post by @tbheng_18 included the caption, "A China national using the Jalur Gemilang to wash his motorcycle?!"

In a follow-up video, @tbheng_18 clarified that he was not the person in the video and explained that the individual was a Chinese national.
