McDonald's Malaysia Adjusts Prices Downward Once More Within a Span of 11 Days for Exclusive Special Offers
Amidst calls for a boycott, McDonald’s Malaysia has once more publicized reductions in prices for specific meals.
On November 21, the company utilized its Facebook account to share a new poster announcing price cuts for six special deals, just 11 days after the last reduction.
Adding to the list of discounted items, McDonald's Malaysia included three new meals following the recent price reductions for three popular menu items a few weeks ago.
The newly discounted meals comprise the Double Cheeseburger Set at RM11.95, the Spicy Chicken McDeluxe Set at RM13.95, and Nasi Lemak McD with two pieces of chicken and Iced Lemon at RM14.95.
In the prior announcement of price reductions, the company had decreased the prices for two pieces of Ayam Goreng Set at RM13.95, five pieces of Ayam Goreng at RM25.00, and Nasi Lemak McD with one piece of chicken and Iced Lemon at RM10.95.
McDonald’s Malaysia clarified that these special deals are only available for a limited time.
Despite netizens expressing surprise, McDonald’s Malaysia chose to once again disable comments on the post, a move they had made in response to unfavorable feedback in the past.
