In a TikTok post shared last night (September 19) by Dr. Akmal himself (@drakmalsaleh), he clarified that he was actually one of the first to address the matter publicly.

Dr. Akmal pointed out that he had already made a statement on his Facebook account on September 12, urging netizens to check the facts before assuming he had stayed silent.

So, what did Akmal say in his statement, which was made just one day after PDRM raided the GISBH-linked welfare houses and rescued the children?

“This is not Islam; this is the Devil's teachings!”

In his September 12 statement, Dr. Akmal was outspoken about the disturbing case. He stated that if GISBH is found guilty of condoning these actions in the welfare houses, the organization should be shut down.

“If this is true, the government should ban the company, and severe punishment should be imposed on those responsible.”

He also called on victims or anyone with relevant information to come forward and inform the authorities.

“I hope the authorities raid all welfare houses under the company to ensure this never happens again. This is not Islam, but the Devil's teachings!”
