A loving father's most challenging moment is giving his daughter away on her wedding day.

Now, imagine how a father must feel upon discovering that his cherished daughter has been beaten by her husband.

The MALAYSIA MOST VIRAL Twitter page recently shared a heartbreaking video of an Indonesian man comforting and bringing his daughter home after her husband had severely abused her.

The caption read, “This video is so sad. The father came to pick up his daughter who had been beaten by her husband. Look for a good man to make into a husband.”

In the video, the father approaches his daughter as a group of people watches the scene unfold. He gently cups her severely swollen face and kisses her forehead.

As he continues to show affection, his daughter starts to cry, causing the father to cry as well.

“If you no longer love her, don’t hurt my child. Return her to me,” the video reads.

At this point, they both break down, comforting each other as the daughter wipes her father's tears and he holds onto her.

We sincerely hope the father takes his daughter far away from her husband, so they can take care of each other without further heartbreak and misery.
