"Control Yourself" – Malaysian Man Shares Experience of Being Approached for Sex by an Arab Man in Mecca
Malaysian content creator and host Zhiddin Aziz recently recounted a surprising encounter with an Arab man in Mecca while sitting alone in a hotel lobby.
The man approached Zhiddin, initially inquiring if he was alone. Zhiddin mentioned his mother was nearby, but the man then asked if he would be comfortable going up to a room together. Recognizing the man's intentions, Zhiddin asked directly if he was gay, to which the man confirmed his intentions.
Remaining composed, Zhiddin declined politely, saying, “If that is your intention, please keep it in your pants. I don’t want to be part of this conversation. May Allah bless you. Assalamualaikum.” Respecting his response, the man apologized and left.
In an Instagram post (@zhiddinazizz), Zhiddin revealed he was just five minutes from the Ka’abah when the incident occurred, sharing the experience to raise awareness and as a reminder that "sins are everywhere, regardless of where you are."
