Compassionate Malaysian Grab Driver Offers Prayer to STPM Candidate Before Transporting Her to Examination Venue
Recently, a Malaysian STPM 2023 candidate named Eva Anastasia shared a TikTok clip on her account @4nstsi4 depicting a heartwarming encounter with a compassionate Grab driver. This driver was escorting her to an examination center for one of her papers.
Upon expressing apprehension about the upcoming exam upon reaching her school, the Grab driver took a moment to offer a prayer with Eva before she exited the vehicle.
In the car, the unnamed Grab driver lifted his hands and prayed, "Help her pass, take all her worries away, so she isn’t stressed, and make everything okay."
Following the prayer, Eva expressed her gratitude to the driver before he turned to have a proper look at her. At the conclusion of the video, the driver mentioned his intention to share this moment with his wife upon returning home.
Before Eva departed the car to sit for her exam, the driver reassured her, saying, "God bless you. Don’t worry, everything is fine now."
The heartwarming exchange moved many Malaysians, with numerous individuals in the comments section praising the driver's kindness and empathy toward a stranger. One commenter humorously mentioned that they would readily give him a five-star rating solely for this act of kindness.
Several users admitted to being emotionally touched by the video, expressing how they would react similarly if they were in Eva's shoes.
In a surprising turn, multiple commenters recognized the Grab driver, attesting to his genuine and sincere nature despite only briefly interacting with him during their rides.
"Oh my gosh! My husband and I have ridden with this uncle in a Grab before! He is so nice!" shared one user.
