Malacca Father Arrested For Sexually Abusing and Raping Underaged Daughters
Police in Malacca recently detained a Malaysian father who had raped two of his underage daughters.
The deputy chief police of the state, Datuk Md Nazri Bin Zawawi, stated in a statement released by PDRM in Malacca on its Facebook page that the 39-year-old accused had been assaulting his children sexually since 2018. The accused was employed as a security guard.
This year, on her 18th birthday, his oldest daughter said that the abuse began when she was just 12 years old.
When the victim was 14 years old in 2020, the suspect began raping her after first touching her intimate area in 2018. Everything took place at home, according to Nazri.
The victim was forced to conceal the horrific event, but she didn't disclose it to anyone until she learned that her 13-year-old sister had been suffering from the same illness since July of this year.
Before the second victim began the immoral conduct, the first victim begged the second victim to massage his dad's feet.
In a recent incident, the second victim was instructed to take a shower as soon as she got home from school, and then he sexually assaulted her in the bedroom.
The second victim only told her closest friend about the terrifying experience at first. After the latter told their instructor about the situation, the teacher invited the mother of the victims to the school so that they could talk about it.
The two victims were afraid to tell anyone about the situation, even their mother, as their father had advised them to keep it a secret.
The investigation is being conducted in accordance with Section 376(3) of the Penal Code (Rape and Sexual Assault Laws), and the suspect is currently being held under house arrest for seven days, from August 30 to September 5. If proven guilty, he could receive 10 caning strokes and a 30-year prison sentence.
