Keanu Reeves Doppelgänger Seen Washing Dishes and Selling Grilled Cuttlefish in Thailand
A Keanu Reeves lookalike has recently been spotted in Thailand, engaging in activities quite different from those of John Wick.
In a series of TikTok videos by @tuktiklife, the actor's doppelgänger is seen making drinks, washing dishes, and wearing elephant pants while selling cuttlefish on a motorbike.
One of the videos, showing the hitman-lookalike making coffee at a Thai stall while wearing an apron, has garnered over 6.1 million views.
In another video, the man rides a motorbike to sell cuttlefish, which has received over 6.6 million views, with many viewers making cheeky comments referencing John Wick.
Dressed in a white shirt and tie, the lookalike is also seen washing dishes by the roadside as passersby take photos with him.
Thai media outlets Thaiger and The Nation reported speculation that the lookalike might be Keanu Reeves' stunt double filming a new John Wick installment in Thailand. However, Thai PBS World confirmed that this is unlikely since Reeves is currently involved in a new music project in the US and has cut his hair short.
The Nation revealed that the TikTok account belongs to the man's Thai wife, nicknamed Tuk, from Pak Chong district of Nakhon Ratchasima province. She got her German husband to pose as Keanu Reeves after noticing his resemblance to the Hollywood actor. She added that it was her husband's idea to engage in these activities.
According to Tuk, she and her husband live in Germany and are on a short trip to Thailand.
